Transparent Cancellation Procedures We understand that business needs can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Our refund structure is based on the timing of the request to account for manufacturing costs and administrative processing.

Refund Windows and Fees

• Standard Cancellations (Within 7 Days): A request for cancellation with a full refund will be considered if submitted within 7 working days from the date of the invoice.

• Late Cancellations (After 7 Days): Should you need to cancel your order after the initial 7-day grace period, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total invoice value will apply. This applies to any cancellation made after 7 days but before a period of six months from the invoice date.

• Non-Refundable Orders: Please note that no refunds will be applicable on any SPECIAL REQUEST orders. These items are built to unique specifications and cannot be returned to general stock.

Lay-By Terms

• To assist our customers with planning, we offer lay-by options. Please note that all lay-by agreements are valid for a maximum of 3 months only.
